- Prices typically include accommodation, safari drives, permits, naturalist/guide fees and exclude international/domestic flights, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, gratuities, unless stated otherwise.
- A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due 7 days prior to the trip.
- Prices may be affected by currency fluctuations, park fee increases, or government tax changes, and we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly before a booking is confirmed. 4. Cancellations by You
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email) and are effective from the date we receive them. Cancellation charges apply as follows (see full details in our Refund Policy):
- Cancellation fees are calculated based on how close to the tour start date the cancellation is made.
- Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they are used to secure permits, accommodation, and guide bookings in advance.
- No-shows and early departures from a tour are not eligible for any refund.
- Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for the complete cancellation and refund schedule.
5. Changes and Cancellations by Us
- We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, wildlife movement/sighting conditions, park closures, government regulations, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control (“Force Majeure Events”).
- If we cancel a tour due to reasons within our control, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date/tour of equivalent value.
- We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or itinerary changes caused by Force Majeure Events, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, pandemics, park/government closures, strikes, or wildlife-related safety restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you on rescheduling where possible, but refunds will be subject to costs already incurred (e.g., non- refundable permits, third-party bookings).
6. Travel Documents, Visas, and Health Requirements
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, visa, and any required travel documents for your destination.
- You are responsible for obtaining recommended or required vaccinations and for complying with any health regulations applicable to your travel.
- We are not liable for denied entry, missed tours, or additional costs arising from your failure to hold proper documentation.

- You must follow all safety instructions given by guides, naturalists, and park authorities at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour without refund.
